We are looking for

International Web Calling Process

. The role involves calling

international clients (USA & Canada)

who have shown interest through online forms, websites, or digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to

international web leads (USA/Canada)

Understand client requirements and explain services clearly Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records Maintain proper call quality and professionalism Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets Update CRM or lead sheets accurately
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification:

12th Pass

Good spoken English

is mandatory Basic computer knowledge required Freshers can apply (training will be provided) Prior international calling experience is a plus
Working Hours:

6:30 PM - 11:30 PM (IST)

Monday to Saturday
