We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for both domestic and international processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries effectively, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats from customers.
Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive service experience.
Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work from office
