What We're Looking For:
Minimum
1+ year experience
in a recruitment agency
Strong exposure to
bulk hiring, BPO hiring, sales hiring, and Non-IT roles
Ability to manage high-volume pipelines and deliver under tight timelines
Excellent communication, sourcing, and screening skills
Immediate Joiners
are highly preferred
