Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Voice Support Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries, complaints, or requests. Make outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, feedback. Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes. Record and update customer details in the system accurately. Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate department when required. Maintain call quality standards and achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets. Ensure a positive customer experience with professional and polite communication. Follow company policies and standard operating procedures during calls.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication skills in Hindi [regional language: Tamil , Telugu, Kannada]. Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends).

Qualifications & Required



Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Freshers or candidates with prior experience in a voice process (inbound/outbound) are welcome.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
