dedicated and professional BPO Voice Process Executive
to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly phone etiquette, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Providing solutions to customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
Meeting daily/weekly targets set by the team lead or management.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and other regional languages if required).
Clear voice and confident phone etiquette.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge for updating records and CRM systems.
Previous experience in a BPO or call center is preferred but not mandatory.
