We are hiring
2 experienced Process Trainers
for our
Tata 1mg Customer Service - Sales Process
based in
Noida
. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in BPO sales training and the ability to deliver high-quality onboarding and ongoing training to customer service agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product/process training for new joiners and existing team members.
Deliver sales-focused training sessions to enhance conversion rates and customer experience.
Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, mock calls, and feedback.
Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to address skill gaps.
Monitor calls and provide feedback to agents for continuous improvement.
Keep training content and process updates aligned with client expectations.
Required Skills:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a trainer in a BPO sales process.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of customer handling and telesales techniques.
Ability to motivate and engage trainees in a learning environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
