Use role-plays, mock calls, and simulations to create real-world scenarios
Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback
Prepare session plans, assessments, and training aids
Conduct pre and post training assessments to measure learning outcomes
Collaborate with placement teams to align training with industry expectations
Motivate students and build their confidence for job interviews
