Multilingual abilities are a plus
Proven experience as a BPO Trainer or Process Trainer.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of call center operations and CRM tools.
Ability to handle a large group of trainees and adapt training methods accordingly.
Good interpersonal and motivational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training programs for voice and non-voice BPO processes.
Design and develop training modules, manuals, and learning materials.
Train employees on communication skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
Conduct refresher sessions and continuous improvement training.
Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to identify skill gaps.
Maintain training records and prepare training reports.
Stay updated on BPO trends, client processes, and compliance requirements.
