- Design and deliver training modules on process knowledge, soft skills, communication, and tools
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions
- Conduct role-plays and simulations to simulate real customer interactions
- Monitor and coach performance through call reviews and feedback
- Update training materials to reflect process changes and best practices
- Assess training effectiveness through metrics and feedback
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and align objectives
- Foster a learning environment that encourages continuous improvement
