Deliver training on BPO Voice, Customer Service & Communication Skills
Conduct role plays, mock calls, and regular student assessments
Mentor and guide students for interview and workplace readiness
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and maintain records
Coordinate with the placement team to ensure student employability
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Communication/Business)
1-3 years of experience in BPO/Customer Service sector
Strong English & Hindi communication skills; regional language an advantage
Good facilitation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email)
Prior training experience preferred

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
