Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients for business development and lead generation Engage in warm calling to nurture existing client relationships and upsell services Present product features and benefits clearly, emphasizing value propositions tailored to client needs Negotiate terms effectively to close sales and meet targets Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage pipelines Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to maximize conversion opportunities Maintain excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred Strong negotiation skills with a persuasive approach to closing deals Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude towards business development Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
