The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven BPO Telecaller / Award Nomination Specialist to join our team. This is a blended process role, meaning you will be working to cover both UK and Indian time zones. The ideal candidate is energetic, articulate, and comfortable with a hardcore sales process focused on achieving defined targets across multiple business activities, with a primary focus on our prestigious Award Nomination Desk. This is a Work From Home (WFH) Opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
As a Telecaller, your primary duties will include:
o
Award Nomination Desk (Primary Task):
o
Proactively reaching out to prospective companies and organizations to gauge their interest in being nominated for various industry awards.
o
Clearly and persuasively explaining the nomination procedures, benefits, and timelines to interested parties.
o
Sales & Outreach Activities:
o
Performing Cold Calling to generate new leads and business interest.
o
Handling Request Calls and inquiries from potential clients or members.
o
Executing consistent Follow-up Calls to nurture leads and close opportunities.
o
Appointment Setting for senior sales or management teams.
o
Business Development:
o
Engaging in Program Sponsorship activities outreach.
o
Promoting and managing Membership activities (both professional and corporate).
o
Assisting with outreach for HR activities and Event activities.
o
Sales Performance:
o
Diligently following a structured, hardcore sales process to meet and exceed monthly targets.
o
Maintaining accurate records of all communication and sales activities in the CRM system.
Working Hours
o
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
o
Saturday (Half Day): 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Required Skills & Qualifications
o
Exceptional English Fluency: Impeccable verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Candidates must be articulate, clear, and professional to communicate effectively with international clients and UK partners.
o
Ability to work effectively in a blended process covering both UK and Indian time zones.
o
Entrepreneurial Skills: A self-starter attitude, a high degree of ownership, and an interest in understanding and growing a business unit.
o
Leadership & Decision Making: The ability to take initiative, make sound, swift decisions under pressure, and manage your pipeline independently.
o
Proven experience in a BPO, telecalling, or sales environment is a strong advantage.
o
High energy, resilience, and a persistent attitude essential for a hardcore sales process.
Salary & Compensation
o
Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 to ?15,000 (INR)
o
Note: Salary will be evaluated and determined based on the candidate's prior experience, interview performance, and overall suitability for the role.
