Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information about various life insurance plans and assisting them in selecting the most suitable options.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities to ensure efficient tracking and reporting to get effective sales.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated with comprehensive knowledge of life insurance products, as well as basic understanding of related financial instruments such as share markets, fixed deposits (FD), recurring deposits (RD), tax deduction at source (TDS), and public provident fund (PPF) etc.
Follow-Up:
Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to address queries, provide additional information, and facilitate the completion of the sales process.
Meeting Coordination:
Arrange meetings with clients when necessary to discuss insurance plans in detail and finalize sales.
