Job Description

As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and building strong relationships with clients.

:

Recieve inbound outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. Update customer information and sales data in CRM software.

Skills Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in telesales, or customer service. Knowledge of CRM software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or any other related field.
