Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Supervise, mentor, and motivate tele callers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Target Achievement
Strategize and implement effective plans to meet sales and marketing goals under pressure.
Ensure team members meet individual and collective performance metrics.
Communication & Training
Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, share updates, and motivate the team.
Train team members in product knowledge, customer handling, and effective sales techniques.
Operational Oversight
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Customer Focus
Ensure excellent customer experience while addressing queries and concerns efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in sales, marketing, or team management (BPO/telecommunications preferred).
Skills Required:
o Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
o Target-driven with ability to perform under pressure.
o Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
o Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
