Lead and manage a team of telecallers/executives for insurance or BFSI sales.
Drive team performance to achieve sales targets and ensure productivity.
Motivate, guide, and train team members to enhance their sales and customer handling skills.
Monitor daily/weekly performance reports and share updates with management.
Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions to customer queries.
Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualification: HSC / Graduate (any stream).
Language: Must be fluent in
Malayalam
(mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 1 year as
Team Leader
in
insurance sales / BFSI sales
.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
