:Track team performance using tools like live call monitoring and dashboards to ensure quality and compliance.

Training & Development

:Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and sales techniques of team members.

Goal Setting

:Set clear sales targets and allocate daily calling targets to ensure progress and goal achievement.

Escalation Handling

:Manage and resolve complex customer issues and sales escalations.

Quality Assurance

:Ensure high standards of customer service and sales quality in all team interactions.

Reporting

:Prepare and present detailed performance reports to management.

Process Improvement

:Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and overall service delivery.
