Provides direction regarding departmental policy and procedures.
Provides expertise and guidance on technical or procedural issues. Serves as liaison between staff, clients, leadership and various departments.
Requirements for this role include:
Typically requires 6- 8 years relevant experience.
Includes 1-3 years managerial/ leadership experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Graduate degree preferred
