Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex insurance process queries and escalations. Support team with process guidance and knowledge sharing. Maintain SLA, quality, and productivity standards. Conduct process training and updates for team members. Coordinate with clients for process clarifications and improvements.

Pay: ?280,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
