Manage and lead a team of sales executives in the Apollo sales process.
Motivate, guide, and monitor the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Ensure adherence to process compliance, quality, and productivity standards.
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members.
Prepare and maintain reports on team performance and share with management.
Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Drive sales conversion through effective planning and team coordination.
