Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of sales executives in the Apollo sales process. Motivate, guide, and monitor the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Ensure adherence to process compliance, quality, and productivity standards. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members. Prepare and maintain reports on team performance and share with management. Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively. Drive sales conversion through effective planning and team coordination.
kills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and people management skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in BPO/insurance process. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
