We are hiring highly motivated and fluent English speakers to join our BPO team, supporting our UK-based operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries (calls, email, chat) professionally and efficiently, strictly adhering to UK process guidelines.
Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and maintain a high standard of service quality.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Meet individual and team performance targets (AHT, quality, customer satisfaction, etc.).
