: Post jobs, use job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and referrals to find candidates for voice, non-voice, and technical roles.
Screening & Interviewing
: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, assess qualifications, and manage interview scheduling with operations teams.
Candidate Management
: Maintain communication, provide feedback, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensure a good candidate experience.
Hiring & Onboarding
: Coordinate final selections, conduct reference checks, extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
Reporting & Compliance
: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire), manage databases, and ensure adherence to labor laws.
