End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, for BPO roles such as customer support, telesales, and technical support.
Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings, telephonic interviews, and skill evaluations to match job requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers, clients, and HR teams to align hiring needs and expectations.
Offer Management: Negotiate salaries, close offers, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Database & Reporting: Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and provide regular reports on recruitment status, key metrics, and hiring challenges.
Key Attributes
:
?Experience: 2-6 years of experience in BPO recruitment, handling high-volume hiring from an RPO setup, staffing agencies, or in-house BPO recruitment teams.
?Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the BPO domain. Knowledge of hiring for international process voice, non-voice and technical role. (Healthcare process is a plus.)
?Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
?Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
