Role Overview:

Looking for Ace Recruiters who have mandatory BPO or BFSI hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements

- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and databases

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit for BPO/BFSI roles

- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications for a positive experience

- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metrics

- Manage offer process, including salary discussions and onboarding coordination

- Support employer branding and campus/drive hiring initiatives

Qualifications:

- Experience recruiting for BPO or BFSI roles (volume hiring experience preferred)

- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
