Quality Analysts (QA)

with experience in

Life Insurance Sales Process

for a reputed BPO in Malad.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate calls and sales interactions of the life insurance process. Provide actionable feedback to improve agent performance and sales compliance. Maintain audit reports and quality dashboards. Collaborate with Team Leaders and Trainers to implement performance improvement plans. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines within the insurance domain.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as a QA in a

BPO Life Insurance Sales

process. Strong understanding of quality parameters, compliance norms, and sales lifecycle in the insurance domain. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office tools and report documentation.
