The trainer will conduct engaging sessions on voice modulation, listening skills, and workplace etiquette.
Design and deliver interactive training modules tailored for BPO processes.
Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Coordinate with operations to align training with process requirements and performance goals.
