Role Overview:
As a
Customer Support Executive
, you will interact with international customers via
voice and non-voice channels (calls, chat, email)
to resolve queries, deliver exceptional service, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing customer interactions through calls, chat, and email.
Deliver accurate, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
Handle escalations efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Update internal systems and maintain accurate customer data.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet KPIs and service goals.

Must have
excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Flexible to work in
rotational shifts
and comfortable with an
office-based role
in Jaipur.

Salary & Perks:
Salary Range:
?27,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills).
Relocation Support:
