About the Role:

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive professionals for our

People Finder Project

in the UK BPO process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and verifying contact and organisational information for business professionals across the UK. This role is critical in supporting sales, recruitment, and data enrichment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate and update contact details (emails, phone numbers, titles). Compile and maintain accurate data in Google Sheets, CRM systems, or client databases. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of collected information. Collaborate with team leads and data managers to meet daily/weekly targets. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and meet quality standards. Provide daily status updates and report anomalies or inconsistencies.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication in English ( UK Slang ). Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems. Good typing speed and accuracy. Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high attention to detail. Quick learner and able to adapt to dynamic requirements.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, IT, or Marketing). Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of BPO/KPO or data research experience are welcome.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with UK/US B2B processes. Exposure to data enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, etc. Prior experience in lead generation or market research.
