Job Description
- Develop and execute quality assurance plans to ensure that all objectives are met
- Monitor calls to match the quality parameters are met
- Provide timely feedback to the agents
- Compile and Analyze Statistical Data

- Ensuring employees keep up with their productivity and maintain a high level of satisfaction
