Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced HR Executive specializing in lateral hiring to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding experienced professionals to meet the company's staffing needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the BPO industry and the ability to identify and engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract experienced candidates. Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications. Provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Onboarding and Integration:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate with relevant departments for necessary arrangements. Monitor and support new employees during their initial period to ensure successful integration.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and practices. Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring efforts.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring processes. Prepare and submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of [X] years of experience in HR with a focus on lateral hiring within the BPO industry. Strong understanding of BPO operations, job roles, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
