About the Role:
MEHRWERT INFOTECH PVT. LTD. is seeking a reliable and organized
HR Executive
to manage the full spectrum of HR operations and employee engagement. This role combines recruitment coordination, consultancy handling, documentation management, and active involvement in maintaining a healthy and motivated workplace. The position demands a hands-on HR professional who can operate independently with precision and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Coordination
Manage complete hiring process through consultancies and external partners.
Conduct candidate follow-ups for first-round interviews and schedule further operational rounds.
Prepare
offer letters
and manage all joining formalities for new hires.
Maintain structured interview trackers, candidate feedback, and hiring dashboards.
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain comprehensive files and digital records for every active employee.
Keep accurate data of all
joiners and exits
within the company.
Prepare and manage
exit forms
and clearance documentation for resignations or terminations.
Support payroll and attendance validation through accurate record maintenance.
Consultancy & Vendor Management
Coordinate with external hiring partners for candidate updates and billing status.
Maintain invoice and payment records for all candidates completing billing cycles.
Ensure prompt and transparent communication with consultancies and vendors.
Employee Induction & Engagement
Conduct HR induction for new training batches on their first day, explaining company policies, leave structure, and behavioural guidelines.
Organize
Fun Friday
activities weekly to strengthen engagement and teamwork.
Conduct
monthly Skip-Level Meetings
to assess employee satisfaction and gather feedback.
General HR Operations
Maintain HR documentation, compliance records, and employee data.
Prepare HR reports, attendance sheets, and MIS summaries as required by management.
Provide ongoing support to management for HR process improvement and employee communication.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of hands-on experience
in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR data management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage documentation accurately.
Comfortable working in late-evening and night shifts.
Work from Office only
- based at Navi Mumbai.
