Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in Hindi.
Issue Resolution:Identify customer problems and offer appropriate solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Documentation:Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Quality Assurance:Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
