Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or support role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with difficult customers. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Multilingual abilities are a plus. Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., telecom, e-commerce, healthcare]. Familiarity with customer service software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
