Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer - focused individuals to join our BPO team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

o??Responsible for profile hunting on various social platforms or portals

o??Searching, Managing, nurturing and converting leads into Sales

o??Should be good to make the documents like mailer, Agreement, Contracts.

o??Responsible to generate business for Digital Business Magazine

Requirements:

o? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

o??Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o??Should be target oriented.

o??Should be ready to work as an individual contributor.

o??Client interaction.
