Are you a great communicator who enjoys solving customer queries?

We're looking for an energetic, polite, and customer-focused BPO Executive to join our team - handling both calls and WhatsApp chats.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls and resolve queries

Manage WhatsApp Business chat support professionally

Share accurate product & service information

Deliver quick resolutions & ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Fluency in Hindi (Mandatory)

Prior BPO / Call Center experience with Hindi communication preferred

Basic computer knowledge & WhatsApp Business handling skills

Positive attitude, patience & willingness to learn

English/Other regional languages - an added advantage

Salary: Industry standard (based on experience)

Full-time role - Work from Office
