International BPO Executives

Sales and Lead Generation

process. The role involves connecting with

US clients

, pitching products and services, generating qualified leads through

cold calling

, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, voice-based environment.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market. Generate, qualify, and convert leads through effective communication and follow-ups. Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle client interactions with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills. Freshers with good communication are encouraged to apply; experience in

International Sales, Lead Generation, or Voice Process

is preferred. Comfortable working in

night shifts (US timings)
