We are hiring fresh graduates and undergraduates for a BPO Executive role for our MNC client located in

Mohali, Punjab

. This position is ideal for candidates who have excellent communication skills and are interested in providing customer support services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and concerns professionally Share correct information and provide timely resolutions Document customer interactions and feedback accurately Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues Ensure a positive customer experience in all interactions

Eligibility Requirements:

Undergraduate/Graduate Freshers are welcome to apply Good written English communication skills

Work Schedule:

Rotational shifts (Day and Night) 5 working days per week

This position is offered through a staffing agency. Selected candidates will be assigned to work at the client's location. Further details about the client will be shared during the interview process.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
