Key Responsibilities:

Handle

international customer queries

via calls, emails, and chat (voice & non-voice). Provide

customer support, complaint resolution, and account assistance

in a professional manner. Maintain

customer records, documentation, and CRM tools

accurately. Ensure

high-quality service delivery

and meet customer satisfaction targets. Work in collaboration with team leaders and managers to improve support processes.
Eligibility & Skills Required:

Education

: Open for

Undergraduates and Graduates

(any stream).

Skills

: Strong

English communication skills

- verbal & written. Willingness to work in

rotational shifts including night shifts

. Customer service mindset, problem-solving attitude, and adaptability.

Salary & Perks:

Monthly Salary

: ₹27,000 - ?35,000 (based on skills & experience).
