Key Responsibilities:

Handle

international voice

(inbound/outbound calls) and

non-voice support

(chat & email) Deliver top-quality

customer experience

and resolve queries effectively Maintain

customer satisfaction scores (CSAT)

and meet KPIs

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent

spoken and written English

communication skills Comfortable with

rotational shifts

(including night shifts) Basic knowledge of

MS Office, email writing, typing

Willing to

relocate to Jaipur

(relocation support provided)

Freshers and experienced

in BPO / KPO / International Voice / Chat Process welcome Minimum qualification:

12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate (Any stream)
