Provide support to

international customers

phone, chat, and email

Resolve customer queries in a

professional, clear, and timely

manner Document interactions and escalate unresolved issues as needed Adhere to

quality assurance

standards, scripts, and productivity targets Maintain a

high level of customer satisfaction

at all times
