Domestic BPO - Voice & Non-Voice processes
. The role requires handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Candidates should have good communication skills in English and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls (Voice process) / manage emails & chat support (Non-Voice process).
Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow company processes and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
12th Pass
.
Good communication skills in
English
(mandatory).
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts (day & night)
.
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and customer-centric approach.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
