Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Inbound Calls Executive to manage bookings, convert customer inquiries into sales, and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

Handle

inbound calls

related to bookings, pricing, BYOB rules, and venue information. Convert inquiries into

confirmed reservations / group bookings

. Promote offers, packages, and membership deals to boost sales. Maintain follow-ups with leads for corporate events, parties, and group activities. Log call details, customer information, and bookings in the CRM/POS system. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally. Coordinate with the front-desk team to ensure smooth check-in flow.

Requirements

12th pass or Graduate. Strong communication skills. Ability to upsell packages and close leads confidently. Basic computer knowledge (CRM/POS experience preferred). Ability to work in fast-paced environments. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and event days.

Preferred

Previous experience in

sales, call center, BPO, hospitality, or events

. Fluency in english and hindi languages.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
