We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice process role to handle customer calls, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions
Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
Update customer details and call information in the system
Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Escalate issues when required
Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and respond clearly to customers
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-friendly attitude
Willingness to work in flexible shifts
Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduation
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Prior voice/BPO experience is an added advantage

?16,000 - ?20,000 per month
