We are hiring Customer Support and Sales Executive for an international calling process at our Jaipur office.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, understanding their concerns, providing clear information over calls, and pitch suitable products to close sales. Candidates with prior voice or customer support experience will find this role a good fit.

Role Overview

Handle international customer calls

Understand and resolve customer queries

Provide accurate information in a clear manner

Follow call procedures and quality standards

Work as part of a professional customer support team

Sales or upselling may be part of the process depending on the call flow.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate candidates (any stream)

Experience in voice process / calling / BPO / customer support preferred

Good spoken English

Willing to work from office in Jaipur

Comfortable with night or rotational shifts

Salary & Benefits

?30,000 - ?45,000 per month

(Final compensation depends on interview and experience)
