Job Overview:

We are hiring

International Process Executives

for

voice and non-voice (chat/email)

support. The role involves assisting international customers, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of service quality.

Location:

Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office)

Candidates from

PAN India

can apply -- relocation bonus and complimentary 14-day accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers from the US, UK, and Australia through voice and chat channels. Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Maintain call/chat logs and document resolutions. Meet daily and monthly performance goals. Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.

Candidate Requirements:

Open to

undergraduates and graduates

from any stream.

Excellent English communication

(both spoken and written) is a must.

Freshers and experienced

candidates are welcome. Comfortable with

rotational shifts

and

office-based work

in Jaipur.

Salary & Benefits:

INR 27,000 - 35,000/month

(depending on experience). Relocation assistance +
