Customer Support Executives
for
National and International BPO processes
. The role involves handling customer interactions through
calls, emails, chats, and backend support
, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound/outbound calls
for voice processes professionally
Respond to customer queries via
email, chat, and tickets
for non-voice processes
Resolve customer issues related to products/services efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Follow company policies, compliance, and process guidelines
Provide excellent customer experience at all times
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience:
Fresher & Experienced both can apply
Experience in BPO/KPO is an added advantage
Language Skills:
National Process: Hindi + Basic English
International Process: Good to Excellent English communication
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer-handling and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Positive attitude and learning mindset
