Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound calls

,

chats

, and

emails

from international customers Resolve queries related to products, orders, billing, accounts, etc. Deliver clear, confident, and empathetic communication in

fluent English

Document all customer interactions accurately Achieve performance metrics: Quality, Productivity, Customer Satisfaction Maintain compliance with process guidelines and data security standards

Candidate Requirements

Strong command of

spoken and written English

Good interpersonal skills and customer-first attitude Willingness to work in

rotational shifts (including nights)

Basic computer knowledge: typing, email, CRM usage Willing to

relocate to Jaipur

(relocation support provided) Fresher or experience in:

International BPO / KPO

Voice Process / Chat Process / Email Support
