SALES Executive (BPO)
r
r Outbound Calling Activity, Tele-Sales Productivity Management
r
r Act as the in-charge of managing the outbound calling activity by the team members and manage daily operations of the team.
r
r Set daily sales targets for all calling sales team members and support the team to meet the set targets.
r
r Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered by the calling team members.
r
r Manage the calling activity by walking around and being visible to answer questions.
r
r Take calls that your agents cant handle and be available when a tele-caller / team member needs your assistance.
r
r Conduct regular review of team members' performance and organize training sessions for under performers.
r
r Required Skills and Experience
r
r Core experience in managing Sales Team effectively
r
r 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in team leading
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: CRM/CallCentres/BPO/ITES/Med.Trans
