Job description Job description Customer service associate- International semi-voice process International Chat/Semi-Voice Process Inbound Upselling Service JOB ROLE Customer service associate- Handling inbound calls for the various process. Customer Handling and closing the issues by resolving them. Service support. IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD: Have excellent English communication skills (mandatory) Should be able to speak and write English fluently (no grammatical errors) Reside in Hyderabad Work from office only Rotational offs/ Rotational shifts Willing to work rotational shifts (both day &night shift) Can join immediately (21st October, 2022) Should hold all relevant documents. Both freshers & work experienced can apply with relevant documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips) Experience in BPO domain is preferred.
