Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers in a polite and professional manner.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
Take feedback from customers and document it systematically.
Upsell products and services based on customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and sales.
Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Perform other administrative and sales-related tasks as required.
Desired Profile:
Good communication and interpersonal skills (spoken English is a must).
Pleasant personality with confidence to talk to customers.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Prior experience in BPO or sales is a plus.
Detail-oriented and organized.
